You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province or territory of residence to use the Site or purchase from us. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our services are educational and informational

We provide content, coaching services, educational resources, and digital products intended for general informational and educational purposes.

We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing on the Site creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional regulated relationship.

Purchases, digital products, and access terms

When you purchase a digital product, program, or service, you receive a personal-use licence (not ownership), unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

Digital products

Unless a product page states otherwise:

  • digital downloads are delivered electronically

  • all sales are intended for personal use only

  • sharing, reselling, or redistributing is prohibited

Programs and memberships

If your purchase includes access to a portal, community, or member library:

  • access may be time-limited or ongoing depending on what you purchased

  • access can be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated

Pricing

Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription, membership, or recurring plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the terms presented at checkout.

You may cancel a subscription at any time using the method described at purchase or by contacting us at [email protected].

Cancellation stops future billing. Unless stated otherwise on the product page or required by law, cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund policy stated on the product page, checkout page, or purchase agreement applicable to your purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law, we do not offer refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

User accounts and security (if applicable)

If you create an account on the Site:

  • you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • you agree not to share your login access with others

  • you are responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Site.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Limited doing business as Coastal Wellness Co. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • your violation of any law or third-party rights

  • your User Content

  • your misuse of the Site or Content

  • your conduct toward other users or third parties

Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site, Content, or any services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a way that may harm us, our customers, or the integrity of the Site.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.
