Built from your Foundation Session. A personalized roadmap for your three months that maps your key development areas, the focus for each module, and what success looks like for you specifically. This is not a generic plan with your name on it. It is built entirely around your reality.

12 Coaching Sessions

One session per week over three months working through the Human-First Leader curriculum applied to your specific team, challenges, and environment. Every session starts with what is actually happening in your world right now. The curriculum guides the sequencing. Your reality drives the conversation.

The Human-First Leader Curriculum

The framework serves as the backbone of your engagement. Five modules covering the human skills that make leadership actually work. Applied to your specific team and environment rather than worked through in isolation. Learn more about the curriculum here.

Direct Slack Access

Real situations do not wait for your next session. Throughout the three month engagement you have direct access to Stephanie via a private Slack channel.
